Since no one else responded, I guess I can tell you to do a search under TPI for this topic.
But what would I do?
I would consider a good tune up (fuel filter, plugs, wires, etc) MSD ignition, a set of headers, port your plenum (I think there is an article under the tech section) and buy some runners (everyone will tell you the brand they have are the best, so just do some research). If you are having problems with traction (like I do) buy some drag radials for the track.
This should give you a good streetable low 14 second car. Good luck.

He should already have a low 14 second car. The first thing i would do is headers, sure they may be a pian in the ***. But i think they will be the best thing for your car besides tearing into the motor.

Get some good subframe connectors and a strut tower bay brace.
Take the car to someone with a good welder and have the sfc's welded in. Get some headers, if you are planning on porting out your intake manifold or getting an aftermarket one go with one that has 1 3/4" primarys, if staying with stock manifold get the TES or one with 1 5/8" primarys. Then port the plenum get an adjustable fuel press regulator.
Let it breath in, let it breath out give it more fuel and more fire.
Stock ignition works pretty good so I don't think an aftermarket ignition is worth the money but others will disagree.
