Idle is fine but having issues while driving

I have a 87 camaro iroc with 305 tpi. I just replaced all plugs and wires did a full filter and fluid service. Now when I start it it idles great but when I put it in gear it is sluggish and backfires out of the exhaust when I get into the throttle. I am also noticing that it has run rich and I can't seem to figure out what is causing my rough running and rich fuel mixture. Any help is appreciated I just bought this car a few weeks ago and now I can't get it to run properly

O2 sensors check out fine. I put a timing light on it and it showed 50* so now to just adjust my timing I bet it clears it right up
