egr solenoid which port

I am in the process of getting ready to smog the car. SO I am replacing the egr and solenoid. Researching I found that all suppliers said this solenoid is the correct one. Standard VS18. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Standard-Mot...38.m2548.l4275
The bracket not the same but no problem on that. The question is which port goes to the egr and which one to under the TB. The original one shows the right side to the tb. Hopefully someone can help. Of course it is a fifty fifty chance so I guess I could switch them around after running the car but I would rather be right the first time.

Thanks in advance
Bob

Re: egr solenoid which port

It doesn't matter there is a vent port and two barbed ports . The solonoid is nc so no egr fiction will happen until the solonoid is pulsed allowing ported vacuum to control the egr valve.

Thanks. I guessing it does not matter which barbed port goes where. Say the port with the insert goes to the TB that would be ok?
Thanks
Bob
