today i drove my gta around and then i went to the gym for a hour came out and it woiuld not start.

At first is started but would not stay running. Even with my foot 100% on throttle. It would not raise RPMs above 1000. I dont hear the fuel pump so im assuming that is the issue. Anybody know fuel rail pressure specs? I am also assuming it would not have ran shitty like that if the security system was ****ed up. so yea any help

obviously at start up because its obvious im not getting past that point.
