Cold idle tuning off?

Hey guys. I need some advice / help with this one. On a cold start the engine fires up instantly but dies right after. I have to hold the gas to keep it idling around 1000 or so for 5 min. My wideband is showing 16-17+. Then it'll hold idle around 750, kinda stumbling. Wideband showing 14 +\-. Once warmed up it idled fine. The chip was done by PCMofNC. I datalogged using TTS datamaster for them to dial it in. Specs:
MAF car
9th injector delete
egr delete
a.i.r. delete
hot idle set to 850
19lb injectors
engine is a stock short block L98, ported ZZ3 heads, Comp cam, Stock tpi intake parts, fully ported, 52mm TB, SLP headers, no cats, 3" catback, a/t, 2500 stall.
base ide, min idle air, fuel pressure, timing all set and rechecked, tps, iac, etc have been swapped with spare parts to eliminate them.
What do you guys think? Am I missing somthing?

Re: Cold idle tuning off?

You might want to have your tuner add fuel to the pw vs coolant temp table. If if you datalog you can't see ecm changes unless your in closed loop.

Re: Cold idle tuning off?

The IAC should maintain the cold idle at the target RPM. If it is not maintaining target idle the IAC could be sluggish or plugged, or the ECM is not adjusting target idle for CTS and start time delay parameters.

The 19 PPH injectors may not be helping, but I've put together several 350 TPI conversions with a mild cam and 19 pounders without this problem.

Re: Cold idle tuning off?

Ok thanks. I'll have to talk to them about it. I was thinking it was most likely a tuning issue at this point. They have been very helpful throughout my build. And aside from this issue the car runs excellent!
