In line fuse

Where does the wire with the inline fuse hook to, just bought this 1985 Z28, turns over great but won't fire, the end of this wire is not connected to anything.

Which end? The underhood end usually goes to a terminal block. The other end feeds the fuel pump relay (pump power) and the ECM.
