TPS issue?

I noticed while reviewing datalogs on tunerpro that the TPS voltage spikes on occasion. Is this normal? Thank you

It would appear that the TPS may have a dead spot in its sweep. This could possibly be verified by measuring the resistance through the full range of motion.
