Routing to Remove Bypass Valve AND do Throttle Body Coolant Bypass
I'm looking to declutter the engine bay on my '92. It is only driven under 1,000 miles/year in nice weather BUT I want to retain all functionality. I already removed the A.I.R system and no want to get that ugly coolant bypass valve out of there.
If I understand my searches correctly basically I have to connect the hose that is hard mounted down on the passenger side frame rail up to the connection on the firewall.
Then where will I route the coolant line coming out of the intake manifold that currently runs through the TB to the bypass valve?

Re: Routing to Remove Bypass Valve AND do Throttle Body Coolant Bypass
So...
The intake to the heater core, which is the higher one on the firewall right near the back of the valve cover.
The one down by the unibody rail back to the radiator, which it already goes there.
This brings up another question. The line going back to the radiator has a hard T-fitting that cuts the line to the top of the bypass valve into it. So I either plug that line off the tee or remove the tee and union where the tee was?
I'm not worried about the A/C performance, I want it to work but its a vert so it's barely used anyway.
