First proper start - TBI to TPI

it wont pass a smog test yet for sure. Both visual (air intake), and probably not the sniffer (i choke to death in the garage waiting for closed loop and yes garage door is open).

This is the first start, a cold one where it actually idles correctly.

The spark plugs are black (which only have about 4 minutes of run time on them) so i assume im dying on carbon monoxide. I need to figure this out if anyone has any ideas. I have noticed a few sniffers on entrance ramps around here so thats instant ticket if i decide to get on a highway.

I pass those instant sniffer things with the accelerator on the floor.
