91 L98 starts, surges a few times, dies.

If I try to keep the engine running with the gas pedal, it will keep surging, tries really hard to stall when the RPM crashes down.

Here is a video of what happens:



it's an 85 Trans Am with a 91 swapped in. Dyno Don built the engine last year. Very low miles. Thoughts?

Well it's been towed to a shop, so I won't be able to check today. Whether some Joe schmo shop is going to be able to figure it out, I don't know. Some shops can't figure out "older" cars. I will look into it they don't figure it out.

That said, fuel pump is new (less than a year), injectors are the same. Whatever that's worth.
