Csi.....wtf?

On both of my IROCs I had this bad starting problem with them..... would have to hold down the gas pedal and crank it......It would take a few seconds before it hit but the it would run.....I pulled the CSI fuse and no that problem is gone....why would GM even put these in there.

CSI is cold start injector. They're supposed to fire if the temperature is below 40 degrees when you crank the engine. Holding your foot on the floor is "clear flood" mode which won't deliver any fuel while you are holding your foot.

Sounds like defective temperature sensors for the CSI.
