Got Some New Parts
I just ordered an adjustable Fuel Pressure Reg. and TPI airfoil, and a ported intake manifold, also a Random Tech. cat-back, should i put the ported base on w/ my stock runners and plenum???

Why not?
It will give you some gains but the stock runners and unported plenum will still hurt you. But as you get more upgrades (port the plenum and after market runners or a miniram) it will help on the performance.
You make want to think about siamesing the runners on the intake before installing it. There has been alot of talk about this as a good mod and with your 355 it would help more.
