Engine Idle Sounds. High Idle in Park and Neutral

I just did my first scan with my Moates Cable. I did upload the XDL file under another thread and will upload it here.
My 1986 Camaro IROC Z has a bit of a high idle in park and neutral before it warms up. It hovers around 1000-1100 RPM and in Reverse/Overdrive it hovers around 800-900 before it warms up. After it warms up it hovers around 800-900 in Park/Neutral and 600-700 in Reverse/Drive (motor quiets down too). Some times it has a slight hesitation when accelerating (sometimes goes away when warm).

IAC, CTS, EGR, Fuel Pressure Regulator and ECM have all been replaced in the last year to 5 years (different unrelated symptoms for each problem). I have fixed a few vacuum leaks in the past and there could easily be a new one.

I also plan on replacing plugs and wires this weekend.

Anywhere here is the video:

Your Idle doesn't seem that High. IIRC warm idle in drive should be around 650RPMs and 750-800 in Park.

Before you replace stuff, I would confirm you minimum Idle setting. You can look it up on here, but you use unplug the ESC (Brown wire) after warm, and confirm 6* BTDC timing, force the IAC closed with a paperclip, adjust throttle screw, plug all back in, and then see where you are. <- I left out detail, but it has been explained on this board 100s of times if you search.

I like to see my IAC counts around 20-40 on a full warm engine in P giving me about 750 RPM.

I would look at your log, but this computer doesn't have my TunerPro

I'll take a look at the minimum idle setting. I didn't go for a long drive but on a cold engine my IAC Present Position was 140 when first cold and progressively got lower as I drove. After a 5 minute drive it was at 88.

Yeah I second what was said above. Doesn't seem that high of an idle to me either. Is it erratic at all or smooth just seems high? I would start with checking the minimum idle only takes a few minutes to check.
