Code 15 diagnostic

Code 15 appeared on my 91 <GTA. I already changed the cooling sensor, did I miss something?.

I'm not sure yet.. I'm gonna check tomorrow.

Would this cause the car to not start in intervals?

A "15" error code indicates an open CTS circuit for more than 3 seconds. That could be a lot of connections, and could contribute to a difficult start if the system is adding a lot of cold start fuel, even along the Atlantic shore.
