1985 TPI Fuel Rail test port size

Does anyone know offhand what size the pressure test port is on the fuel rail? I'd like to add a pressure gauge but will need to know the size to get the correct fittings! Plus... will it be possible to remove the pin from the test port? I appreciate your help!

Thanks!

Mike

Yes, I should have been clearer in my description. Is it removable so the pressure gauge can function?

Yes the schrader is removable. I wouldn’t leave a gauge on the rail at all times. A real fire hazard.

Makes sense. So are there fittings available to replicate the fittings that are on the test gauges that are found at the local parts store chains?? Something that would depress the pin when installed. Then I would just make one I can use as needed.

Thank you again.

yes it’s an4, to mount a gauge it would be an4 to 1/8 npt elbow fitting .
