1987 camaro question



what goes connected here? i cant seam to get my camaro going.
replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, all injectors amongst other items.
any help will be appreciated. ive had 2 mobile mechanics stop by and cant find the problem.
car idles but doesnt run smoothly. thanks for the help guys. happy new year! yay !

that port is for coolant to warm up the air coming into the throttle. it has been bypassed
