Corvette TPI base

I have a Corvette TPI base in my stash. No EGR. Is there any benefit to get rid of the EGR ??
My LB9 is mostly stock otherwise.

A Vette base has side and rear feed. The nice thing is 87 up i think has a rear coolant crossover.

Make me an offer on it. Sounds like I'll keep my LB9 base. How is the EGR fed from the side and rear ?
