I recently bought a new 350 and plan to change the pistons to speed pro hypereutectic 10.68 comp. What will be the desired octane for that. Also buying hot cam and 1.6 gm roller rockers. With vortec heads and sdpc tpi intake. Would a 1000cfm tb be too much, and what injector would you reccomend?

 

You would want to run 93 octane and possibly some octane boost. The TB i would say is too much for this motor. as for the injectors i would just go with some 22lbers and turn up the fuel pressure. If you know how to program your own chips i would probably go with some 24lbers.
