tpi buildups

I was wondering if anybody had any TPI build ups? I'm wanting to spend about $2000 to mod or rebuild my motor. just wanted to see what would give me the best power for the buck. any help would be great!! thanks in advance

also, would the vortec base, vortec heads, headers, chip,cai and afpr, and a cam be enought to get me into the mid 12's in the 1/4? I have 3.23 gear, might change em to 3.73
