Can someone give me a list of things that I need to replace when doing a cam swap? Also, will I need to reprogram my prom?

 

I don't know what you have done to your or the engine size but the LT4 Hot Cam likes to rev high like to 6500rpms.
This should be the last mod done in a list of mods to a 350 engine.
You should have aftermarket intake, headers and 3"cat back exhaust, aftermarket heads like AFR's 190's, Miniram or a converted LT1 intake maybe even a superram, and even maybe new injectors.
Of course you need springs matched to cams needs too and new lifters might be a good idea.
And last yes a custom prom, definately.

Now you could use the stock TPI system (Plenum, runners, heads and intake) but you will very much hamper the performance of the cam.
