..what exactly is it? I'm currently getting a 32, but I'm also planning getting the vortec setup within the next couple months. I'd like to know what exactly the egr kit is before I start trying to fix the current setup.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but i'll take a stab at it...
Its probably a tube that runs from the exhaust to an EGR tube in the manifold. Reference the L98 vette's for details, since they both have a different egr setup then the Fbody...
