t5 goes "ker-chunk"

i dont whats up but if you get going about 10 mph and then let off the gas all the way and let it idle down in gear, as soon as you let off the gas and the car sinks down, i hear this ker-chunking kinda like a clang or something. what could this be, i replaced the tranny mount this summer so i dont think its that maybe tq arm or something, any thoughts?
