Bought 3.42's

I bought 3.42's and a gear installation kit. The only work I've ever did on a rear end is take apart a v6 mustang rearend. Am I going to be in over my head doing this job myself? I have a posi GM 10 bolt w/ 3.23's.

maybe you will, depends on you mechanical abilities and experience. there is almost a 100% chance you won't have the tools you need. read the instructions that came with you gears or your manual to get an idea of whats involved in setting the gears up.
