I've been looking at the tremec 5-speed trannies. i've heard they're not a bolt-in for t-5 trannies but they sell the parts to make it a bolt-in. How hard would it be and what other parts would i need to replace my 700r4 in my gta with a tremec 5-speed?

 

here's the deal....you need pedals,clutch cylinder,, slave cylinder, cables, bellhousing, clutch, and the trans.....if you want i've got the t-5 but it could use a rebuild....when it came out it was grinding a little into 2nd i believe...just a syncro...otherwise its just interior stuff.....unless you want true factory you need a wiring harness for the clutch starter lock......anyway good luck...I'm trying the t-56 route myself.
