Clunking noise from rear in low gears

Clunking noise from rear in low gears
I just changed my axle seals and the rear end fluid and put it all back together. Now when I cruise at low speeds a werid noise and vibaration come from the rear end. I replaced my clutch and slave clycinder, and put in a B&m short throw shifter. Any ideas??
