Quick question on a 200 to 400 swap

Car: '82 Z28
Engine: 350
Transmission: TH400 4,000 stall
Axle/Gears: Currie 9", 4.56 gears
Quick question on a 200 to 400 swap
I took out the measuring tape to see if there was any difference in length between the two transmissions and they seem to be the same. Could I be in luck and just have to put on a 400 slip yoke on the stock driveshaft? Also, what's a good synthetic ATF to use? Thanks for any info.
