B&M Megashifter installation, can't start car now...

Ok, after installing the megashifter into the vechicle and doing everything that was said in the instructions, EXCEPT mutilate my wiring to make the N saftey switch and R backup light switch, I cannot get my car to crank, it comes on with power and all, just no cranking.... whats the deal? What did I do wrong? I even tried plugging in the wiring harness from the old shifter and shifting that into park and starting the vehicle, Still nothing Welp, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

U must use the supplied micro electrical switches & wire them up as per diagram. These micro swithces control the neutral start feature on the car ( keeps U from starting car in gear!) Right now your car is confused about the gear that its in so thats why it wont start.

Aren't the instructions up at http://www.bmracing.com ? I'm sure if you call their tech line, they'll be glad to lend a hand.

the wiring has to be hooked up. or you can just bypass the neutral safety switch by connecting 2 wires (green/black with the brown one) <---I think
