I have a 91 rs with a 3.1 I was replacing my clutch and in the process of pulling my tranny down I noticed that there was alot of end play on the pto shaft at the front of the tranny I also saw extreme wear on the pilot bushing itself , wich leads me to believe that the shaft is moving in more than 360 degrees I believe its time to rebuild the tranny but I cant find anyone including dealers and or borg warner that can supply me with a kit to do the job. Anyone who has a 5 speed tranny and knows where I can get the rebuild kit or any info about them please respond I'm at the end of my rope on this
