Trans bolts What Size? Also Th400 Questions?
K I lost my trans bolts, what size and length do I need?
I am putting a Th400 in, will the stock tranny lines work? Also someone said that banging on the firewall is required to get the bellhousing to fit, I have never heard of this?:lala:

which bolts? the bolts for the bell are 3/8"-16 and the trans mount bolts are either 7/16 or 1/2 NC the oil pan bolts are 5/16"-18. i think the lines are the same, i think "they" meant dent the fire wall for clearance, i doubt if you need to i think the 700r4 and th400 are the same size case. what you doing with the torque arm?

When I did the swap from the 200c to the 400, the cooler lines lined right up and threaded in fine. Didn't have to pound anything to make room
