None whatsoever. Unbolt, rebolt, done. You don't have to disturb the clutch or bell housing to make the swap.
Assuming of course that they're both V8 models, or both 6-cylinder models.

WC T-5 vs T-5
Wanted to know the diff between the two and where I can pickup a WC T-5? I have an 84 TA with a crate 350 mated to my T-5. Approx 40k so far. It feels like the T-5 is not holding up to the power of the 350. Considering a R T-56 but, they dont come cheap. Thanks for any help.

There's not much difference at all, you can look at some pics at www.5speeds.com or www.gearzone.net They are externally almost identical, the differences are the coutergear bearings, and the 1st and 2nd synchro rings. The ultimate strength of most of the parts are the same; gears are the same diameter, shafts are the same diameter, etc.
You would get one from a junkyard or other source of used car parts including perhaps the classifieds on this site.
¿Feels? how does it "feel" as if it's not "holding up"?
