What is the difference between a flexplate and a flywheel? Also, where can I find a flywheel that will fit my 383 engine with one piece rear main seal and an aftermarket 6-speed tranny?

Flexplate = Auto trans (torque converter bolts to it)
Flywheel = Manual trans (pressure plate bolts to it, and applies pressure to the disc which lies between it and the flywheel)
Several companies make/sell flywheels for your application. Try vendors that support this site, Jegs, Summit, etc.

What crank do you have? As far as I know, all of the 1 piece rear seal cranks (stroker cranks included) were for internally balanced engines, meaning that you can use a stock LT1 clutch set up. The 400 (2 piece rear main) was externally balanced with a counterweight and that is a tough flywheel to find. If I recal right, Summit can get one, but they don't list one on their site, you have to talk to customer service and tell them what you want.
Doh, I didn't see that 'aftermarket T56' part till just now. I don't have a clue what style clutch they use. I do know, however, that the F-Body T56's used a pull style throwout bearing, and required a different clutch set-up.
I just read your last post on the other thread (*** whoopin by Civic), so disregard all the above dribble. If you can use a stock clutch (std style clutch) Summit or Centerforce should be able to hook you up.

Im STILL pissed off about that civic. Ive been putting up a bunch of posts trying to figure out how to make this thing work. I will NEVER lose to a civic again. The aftermarket T-56 uses a T-5 clutch setup.

Centerforce Dual Friction clutch. Those bastards just don't let go, the faster you turn the engine, the harder they clamp. The nice thing about that is the T5 style set up is cheaper than the LT1 style by a lot. If you use a Lunati or a SCAT stroker crank, you should be able to get away with any old 2 piece rear main flywheel.
As for the Civic, that f*ckin' sucks man. The other morning, I was stuck in a long line of traffic on a two-laner right behind a 3000GT VR-4. When the road opened up, he just moseyed into the turn lane, that's where I needed to be too. Half way through the corner I hammer it, and take the outside lane of the road we were going onto. He sees this and grabs a gear, I CAN"T GET BY HIM. We crested the hill at 115MPH and I still have nothing for him. Since that road might as well be the cop shop parking lot, I decide to shut it down. Now you know why I'm thinking of the HT383. I'll go looking for him after that is at home in my engine bay.
