how much will a TORQUE CONVERTER lower my 1/4 mile time ?? My best run so far was a 14.3 if i got a vigilante TORQUE CONVERTER would i be able to break in to the 13's ??
With the right stall the Vigilante or an A.C.T. should give you anywhere from 3-5 tenths (with good traction of course).
what would be a good stall to get my car has stock 3.23's headers cats, cat back entire motor is stock

I'm guessing between 2300 and 2500. Definately call one of the manufacturers Dana just suggested, thats there job
