3:45 BW Posi Disc Rear 82-92 Iroc Camaro Z28

Im loooking at a 3:45 BW Posi Disc Rear 82-92 from a z28. Is this a good rear or should i just stick witht e one i got on my 91 RS?

It is a good rear end. It can handle quite a bit of power and parts are getting easier to find. I drag race my car every weekend and use street slicks and 5000 RPM launches and have never broken a thing. I probably have 1000 passes on the car.

definitely stick with the rear that is under your car and send me the 9-bolt yeah its a good rear. I have one in my garage to put in but its got 2.77 gears, and gears are just to dang much for the 9-bolts.

It's a super strong rear end compared to a 10 bolt. I've been running mine for over 4 years now behind my 500hp big block.
