My tranny is not shifting into 2nd @ WOT... Shifts at part throttle but not firm like it used to. The 2-3 shift happens but seems a tad soft and the 3-4 shift happens early and is also soft.

I had the tranny rebuilt a while back and it chirped 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. Its got a corvette servo and that police cruiser part (forgot what its called) that allows the 3-4 upshift at WOT.

Here is the cars recent history...
Freshly built 350 with AFR heads, Victor Jr intake converted to multi-point, DFI gen 7.... Took the car to get it tuned and the upper radiator hose blew off on the dyno at 187 mph. The dyno operator turned off the key but left it in gear to spin down with the dyno... from what he says it took a couple of minutes. Anyway, this resulted in about every ounce of coolant getting pumped out of the motor and my fresh short block became an unsalvageable boat anchor (no I wasn't there). So could this be a heat induced or horse power related failure?

Now, bad luck episode #4228 kicks in when I was putting the tranny back in after building the next motor, I've Installed this tranny myself about 1/2 dozen times but this time it slid off the jack and I couldn't save it... it fell (maybe 6") onto the right side. So could the fall have caused it... maybe done something to the 2-4 servo?

I'm in Germany now so my options are a little more limited than when I was back in the States. I'd love some expert advice on where to start.

it wont downshift into first at WOT either.
