Gear Ratio

I have a 86 T/A that was special orderd by my uncle with every option but leather and power seats. He said he order the gear ration in the lower 3's. He thinks maybe 3:21's? It has a posi rearend with limited slip. It is a WS6 w/ the 700R4. What could my gear ratio be?

9 or 10 bolt rear? If it's the 9, could be the 3.27.

It's too hard to say, all the WS6 TA's Ive seen in the junk yard had 9 bolt posi rear ends. Pull the cover and post the numbers that are on the ring gear. It's the easyest way to find out the ratio and your differential oil probably hasent been changed in a long while anyway.
