Th-425
If anyone knows about the TH-425 or knows where to find information on it, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm wanting to know how the shifting mechanism is setup, considering the shifter wouldn't be over the transmission because it's an FWD transmission. I'm planning on putting this in a sand rail (dune buggy) with a 350ci engine. I'm also wanting to know if there is an easy way to reverse the direction the transmission spins the tires in. It would make it a lot easier for me if there was an easy way to do this, otherwise I'll just have to customize the frame more.

If you want the tires to spin the other way, flip over your rear end....thats how we do things in the monster truck business hehe. also, the th425 is a more heavy duty version of the 400 with more clutches and things......an automatic shifter works on a linkage which hooks up to a multi position shaft on the drivers side of the transmission, and could be actuated with a cable, so you can mount it anyplace you want really
