well now that its back together (with its forth trans ) and its built right and built to hold the power ,at part throtle it shifts to soon 1-2 at 10mph 2-3 at 25 so now i must ask you what should i do to corect that, should i go with the b&m Governor modifications kit or just grind on it a while and also how much grinding would be needed (how much is to much an so on ) if grinding is the answer .

Try adjusting the TV cable as per transfixleos recommendations, this should fix it.
