Pilot bearing

Can anyone confirm which type of pilot bearing came originally in thirdgens ('90 Z28, T5, specifically), roller or bronze bushing? Thanks.

all thirdgens i ever saw had bronze, my 90 chevy 4x4 truck had and still has a bronze bushing

I put a bronze pilot bushing in when i did the swap because i have never seen anything else and thats what it had before. I think all "older" chevys have bronze, i dont know about the new ones

i have a roller one, but its not stock though.....there is really a marginal difference, just kinda liked it cause its cool lookin
