How do i get the pilot bushing out?

I tried a search and found good info on how to get it back in, but i didn't see anything relating to how to remove it. Is there some kind of tool i need? I was gonna try the rod and grease thing but i can't find the right size rod, so thats out. Thanks in advance for the help...

The grease trick is the best way by far.

Use a clutch alignment tool as the rod.
