My tv cable adjusted right once and cured my transmission woes. Nw it is nt able to help a week or two later but it adjusts a little. The collar was broken but it still clicks into place if the button is pressed. If the TV cable is lose at the transmission how do I get at it? Do I need to drop the ban or anything r is it eternal like the shifter. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The TV cable attaches to the transmission with a 10mm bolt. Remove the bolt and pull it up and you'll see it just slides over a hook on the valve. I doubt it would come off on its own, its more likely the cable would fray and break. Dealership, ~$30
