T-5 or 700R4 ?
which one should i use behind my mild 350, the 700R4 is already in the car. i heard the t-5 wont take much, and ill be racing some too, and if i use my 700r4 what stall should i use with 3.42 rear, about 350 horse 350 torque. if you need more info just ask, thanks

if your gonna be racing then I dont think the T5 will be able to handle it. I expect alot of **** breaking due to the power. I suggest either going T56 or just putting a higher stall convertor in your 700r4.
