9 bolt rebuild sheets, Rev 2
if you read those pages (Ed's sheets) out of the factory service manual, it will tell you to shim the posi unit accordingly on a rebuild.
They say use a .005 or .010 shim, but if you interperlate the specs, you can and should go thicker if your 15yo posi unit is futher worn beyond what it says in the manual.
I recommend going tighter than the factory specs.

Hey Ed,
When/If you get time, I sure would apreciate a copy of the rebuild information as well. I printed out the tech article mentioned above, now if I can get your instructions and a set of shims, I'll be ready to go (I hope).

Thanks,

He he he ...this is fun.
I got a few more bounced back to me, and I'll try again.
I think I'll also try to post them on my upgrades page. If it works then everyone can see them.

Hey guys. I'll send them out again soon, I've been busy...again.
Anyhoo, I can't put them on my web page cause they won't go up to full size so that sucks. E-mail me or post here if you still need them. I already have the 3 above guys on the list.

Yeah, I'll send them out again.
I can also put them on CDs if people want them, and I can put a little more info on a CD, too. I would, however, have to ask for postage and shipping fees of somesort. Sorry, but I would have to.

Ok...The Internet officially hates me...
I haven't received anything at my Hotmail, Excite or work domain email...I don't have agressive spam settings or anything...just the default ones...
What gives?
Do I need to get a Yahoo email and try that?
