I have a 1991 Camaro Rs with a 305 and auto tranny. After searching this site for weeks, I have determined that I need a new VSS. My question is, how much fluid can I expect to lose when I pull the sensor? Is it going to completely drain my tranny or will it be a minimal loss? Also, I bought the car used and when I pulled the dipstick on the tranny I found it to be a Ford dipstick! How can I tell if I need more fluid or not? Thanks!
