85mph speedo and 145mph speedo swap?
Ive got an 86 IROC gauge cluster but it has the 85 mph gauge. Can I just undo the srews holding the speedo gauge and swap mine out? will work and read the correct mph?
Also why did the IROC's come with a 85 speedo gauge cluster?

Just swap it in! I did mine afew years ago, and it works great! I even took the speedo apart and switched the odometer reel between the 2 to keep my mileage correct. Now I just want to get a chance to see how far I can get that needle to go! Without the trans going into 4th gear at heavy throttle, I've been lettin off around 110!
Not to mention that it's not exactly safe to go that fast on public roads!
