4th gen posi....
I just put a 4th gen rear in my car out of a 96 camaro and I was woundering what posi unit was put in that rear. I went and tryed to do some donuts in a parking lot but it did not work
But if I head into a corner and the tranny hits 2nd gear is will put me sideways....I don't know if the posi is bad or if that is the way it sould be???? Any input would be great!

Well here is the deal....I found some pics of the torsen posi and when I had the cover off it was not a torsen.....There was no screw in the rear just springs...Now from what http://www.torsen.com/oem.htm said is it was only installed in 98+. Now with that what would they have put in the 4th gen rear before 98?
