Rear End Ratio

I can't find the stamp number to figure out my rear end gear ratio for my 86 trans am. All I know is that it's a 10 bolt rear end. Can somebody help me please. Is there any other ways of finding out what kind of gears I have WITHOUT taking anything apart? Any suggestions will help. Thanks.

You can get an idea by counting how many times the drive shaft rotates for 1 complete revolution of the tire and divide. It will get you close.
