I wanted to swap out my drum rear end with a disc brake one.

For $60.00 I purchased a 9 bolt posi disc brake rear end at the junk yard last week. It is a Borg Warner and had a label attached to the rear-end cover that listed the following:

P/N 10032274
RATIO 3.70 SER NO. 3709

I took the rear end cover off and the gears looked decent and didn't have any lopsided wear on the teeth. When I turned the yoke, it seemed to have a smooth feel to it.

This is my first rear end purchase (no yuks, please) and I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the numbers listed. It was off an '83 or '85 T/A.
