Is it possible to do this....
Buy a junk yard 9" rear and convert it to fit our cars? Like cut off the old brackets and weld on new ones. New housing ends and axles?

I don't know id there is a way to attach the torque arm to the differential but it is possible if you rework the rear suspention into a ladder bar (or similar) setup
