clutch pack clearances? (700-r4)

Does anyone know the clearances offhand for the clutch packs in a 700-R4? Someone was experimenting with the trans I am rebuilding and I dont feel like crossing my fingers since I dont build many automatics. Also, is there any good upgrades that I can do to enhance durability that wouldn't be a part of a shift kit?

Do a search, because I've been through this a couple of times this year alone.

The forward clutches should have .020-.050, and the 3-4 should have .030-.055., low reverse should be .040-.100, and the reverse input .040-.075.
