help!!!

alright here is the story, i just got my car back from having a vig 2800 and a transgo shift kit put in, that nightmare is a whole different story. my question is, the guy says that he cant get it to shift at anything lower than 3000-3500 under normal throttle and 5500 at full throttle. is this the truth?

well, it could be causeed by the accumulator springs. changing those would change the shift points
